SUPERFLOW
with eoin finn
This is Superflow: Ocean Inspired Movement.
The ocean is never rigid. It is powerful, fluid, and endlessly adaptable. In this pop up class we invite you to move with rhythm, intelligence, and ease, cultivating what we might call flow state fitness.
This practice blends yoga, functional mobility, calisthenics, and elements of Tai Chi into a continuous, wave-like movement experience. Rather than stopping to stretch or isolate muscles, we explore how to increase your range of motion while in motion—building strength, mobility, and coordination at the same time.
Superflow is not about perfect poses. It’s about rediscovering your natural movement rhythm—so you leave feeling strong, open, energized, and connected to the joy of moving like the ocean.

Functional Mobility is a movement practice that focuses on improving flexibility, movement patterns, posture, and the general aches and pains that are a result of a society that sits a lot. This class is taught by a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and is open to people who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and conscious allies.
