Things to know about the studio:

Arrive 10 minutes before class so you can get familiar with the studio.

Driving to the studio? 2 hour customer underground parking (first come first serve). There is also 2 hour paid metered parking on Fisgard and Herald street, as well as 2 hour free street parking on North Park street (less than one block east of the studio).

Transit public transit? Also easy. There’s a main bus stop directly outside the Hudson building where we’re located.

Wear clothes you can easily move in, and keep in mind you will be in a heated room. Think light shorts, airy tops, sports bras or whatever you will be comfortable in.

Hydrate throughout the day and bring water with you. If you forget it, don’t worry we sell water here and have a filtered water station for your use.

Showers? You bet. Come sweat then go straight to work; we get your commuting lifestyle.

First Class?
Here’s how to set yourself up for the best experience possible:

Bring a yoga mat, large towel (to go over your yoga mat), and an open heart. Don’t have the supplies? All good - we can rent you whatever you don’t have.

Avoid heavy meals 3-4 hours before class. A light snack an hour or two before is great!

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Drink plenty of water the evening before or during the day leading up to your practice. Come as prepared to sweat as possible.

Listen to your body and take it easy when you need to. Rest, lie on your back, breathe; rejoin the instructions when you feel capable to.

Show up expecting to sweat: it’s an intentional component of this yoga.

Plan to stay in the room for your whole class, including Savasana. Staying from beginning to end ensures you receive everything the practice has to offer and provides the best experience for you and your fellow classmate.
