Original Hot Yoga 90
The Original Hot Yoga class (also known as Bikram yoga): 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, each performed twice. This is an all levels, hatha yoga class designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. In this class you will work the entire body in a safe and systematic way for maximum therapeutic benefits.
Original Hot Yoga 60
The 60 minute express version of our Original Hot Yoga class. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, some performed once, some twice. This class moves at a faster pace than the 90 minute version and still provides you with a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective experience. The perfect way to maintain your practice and complement your full life.
Hot Pilates
Drawing from philosophies of Yoga and Pilates, this is a cardio based class. Designed to build mobility, enhance flexibility and build strong core muscles this class weaves together strong and functional movements. Expect to feel challenged, have fun and work in this all levels class.
Flow
Cultivate inner power through a playful approach in this heated class. A mix between flow and vinyasa, these all levels classes offer a challenge to new and seasoned practitioners alike. Build your strength and flexibility, and play with arm balances and inversions while moving through music infused sequences that inspire and expand your practice.
Yin
Go deep into postures, and deep into your practice. Yin Yoga deeply targets the bodies connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, and even joints. You’ll find stillness in postures in longer holds, and move breath through your body to help deepen the experience, applying meditative practices to create space for relaxation. All levels class.
Reformer Pilates
Dynamic and efficient, our Reformer Pilates class is fun and low impact. This full body workout uses a specialized pilates reformer machine, using straps and springs to increase resistance. You’ll feel strong and energized while increasing flexibility, posture and core strength.
